My Self Reflections

 Through my volunteer experience at ZHO I have learned many things that’s effects on me. There were an emotions feeling that’s from the begging I had changes it to the best ways.

The mean idea for the volunteer’s is that we must have the best society by helping each other. There were a specific things that every single persons in this society must do it to those people. Those people are special, they are batter than us.  In every day we are learning from them many things that help us to reach our goals. “Give to get” it’s the best saying that I heard it from the wises people, and its summarizing for us how we can life.

Simple things like chocolate, smiling most the time, focusing in your way, loving the people who cares about you, being so patient what ever you are facing in your way to success, and being thankful by what you are having from our gads who care about us that’s in my imagination is the best life which I’m going to deal with it.

Feeling quality by leaving the people how needs you is the worst part so for that the people who went to volunteer they cant stop helping people its doesn’t depend where or when you are going to volunteer as long as you want to do it you will.

To sum up, as long as you want to have perfect life you must thing about the people who are beside you even if they are rich or poor, its doesn’t matter as long as you are being more humanely.

Exercising day...

 

On that day we discovered they love the sport time as soon as they just want to feel the enthusiasm and joy. Simple things may be reason to remember your name, your shape and your voice .They just want who can understand them. The most wonderful thing is when you see them smiling in your face as a thankful for you, but the most wonderful thing that you didn't do anything you just trust them, you were there for them, and you just hear what they want to say.

 

The two youngest kids love to cycle a lot even them were racing each other. At the begging they didn't do anything but little bit of chocolate is giving them the hope to love the physical work. That’s was helping them a lot until they just thinking about the cycling time every day.

Horses Day...

 

One of the methods of treatment of patients is by horses. I found out that when they ride the horses they will be able to walk again that’s just for the patients which had walked issues. For the other patients they like to see the new colors, they like horses color its take their attention and for that they will use there bring to think about that color and that will help them.

Dr.Gregory in ZHO...

At the begging of that day we start our work before he came. There were three groups that Mr.Gregory must saw them. Our group and two groups both of them were in the workshops except us. Our supervisor was sick she had a sick day, so we went to had help from Mr. Adel which he was actually want to see the Dr. Cause they want to do an interview with him. Miss Rweida took a lot of photos of the other group and Dr.Gregory. She asked him couple questions about his opinion about ZHO and how the people can help.  We took the Dr to see our work, he meet mostly all of them except the women’s there cause it’s not allowed for us. They was happy by seeing peoples come over and just have a conversation about anything. Such as one of the oldest men’s was happy by asking Mr.Gregory about Europe.

 We meet Soua'd on the morning and we decide to go for a trip to the mall which was 5 kilometers from ZHO that's took us a lot of time cause we must prepare them before we go . We thought they would like to go out but Unfortunately they didn't like the idea they give a lot of excuse such as on of them start yelling and saying that it's more important to do his exercise than to go and just have fun . So Khaled, Salah , and Mohammed went with us to the mall with Soua'd and tow people from ZHO who help us . Befor we start the trip I jumped over to that gay who love the chocolate I brought with me some candy and I asked the doctors befor I gave him if that will be a trouble or will effect on his body. They told me it's fine to give him , he were happy and subrising from me. They took the bus which was specially for them. When we arrive they were happy by saying new colors and new people . We went to the ice cream shop and Khaled start to order for him he was special man he can talk three languages . They can't eat by there self so we help them . They were happy and they had good time , I think gad for give me this chance to be the person who help the people and make the  happy.

Sunday27,April. It's was the first day on ZHO we meet Malkh and she transform us to Dr.Adel which he is the manger of the volunteering ..

 We decide to start for three weeks , tow days in each , and three hours a day .. From 8am to 11am  on Sunday and Tuesday ..

On the first day we meet miss Soua'd , she were the supervisor for Almodeaf building . That building is for the people who can't walk and can't think , it's not just for the old people there were young children , I think from 6 years old to 73 ..  It's have four section tow section for the meals and the other for the females .. They didn't stay with out any medical help .There was a lot of nurses and tow doctor to care about them . We meet mostly all of the old people , we didn't like to meet the old females cause they have there privets life . I found out there were a member of our society on of the old people were a Businessman he traveled around the world selling and baying in the Property specially in Europe . I meet Sobia' and he was extremely different he were very polite he were just looking in my Pocket searching of chocolate. Most of there days they were doing some exercise , and watching the T.V.. And that's what we did in Sunday ..
